Because the Bridge sends data over the powerline of Your house, plug the
Bridge directly into an electrical socket.
It's recommended not to plug the bridge into a power strip with surge
protection. Do not plug the bridge into UPS. Do not plug bridge into the socket
of another pass-thru bridge. Do not get wet and damage the bridge. Olay
power cords are allowed to be inserted into the socket of pass-thru bridge,
no other direct plug-in equipment. The appliance coupler/inlet shall be easily
accessible an disconnectable.
This purpose of this product is to create a constant network connection for
your devices. As such, it does not have a standby mode or use a power
management mode. If you wish to power down this product, please simply
