6. Turn the release button a quarter turn to the left, push the head down entirely and
turn the release button a quarter turn to the right again so that it point upwards, to
lock the head.
CLEANING
1. Always remove the plug from the socket before cleaning the appliance.
2. Never immerse the motor unit in water or under running water. Clean the motor
unit with a soft, damp cloth.
3. Disassemble all accessories according to the instructions under the section
'Disassembly'.
4. For quick cleaning, rinse the accessories under running water.
5. For thorough cleaning, wash, rinse and dry the accessories. Both the dough hook
and beater are dishwasher safe, but the balloon whisk is not and needs to be
manually cleaned.
