WARNING
• Do not attempt to replace the bulb while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle.
• This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature to
reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug
does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
• This product must be placed 5 ft. above floor level and 2 ft. from ceiling when placed in a wall
application.
CAUTION
• Risk of Fire, use maximum 13 Watt CFL type bulb; do not exceed recommended wattage.
• A 13-watt CFL bulb is the equivalent to a 40-watt incandescent bulb.

Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with
package contents list and diagram above. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to
assemble the product. Contact customer service.

1. Install the bulb (B) into socket of fixture
assembly (A). See Fig. 1.
