Safety, performance, and dependability have been given
top priority in the design of your 18V Inflator/Deflator.
INTENDED USE
The product is intended to be used only by adults who
have read and understood the instructions and warnings
in this manual, and can be considered responsible for their
actions.
Inflating high pressure items like motorcycle, car, and
bicycle tires.
Inflating and deflating low pressure items like air
mattresses, rafts and floats.
NOTE: Refer to the product documentation or the labels of
the item to be inflated for correct pressure.
Do not use the product in any way other than those stated
for intended use.
WARNING
Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure
to follow the warnings and instructions may result in
electric shock, fire and/or serious injury.
Save all warnings and instructions for future reference.
INFLATOR SAFETY WARNINGS
Risk of bursting. Do not preset the product resulting
in its output pressure to be greater than the marked
maximum pressure of the item to be inflated. Do not
use at pressure greater than 150 PSI.
Make sure the hose is free of obstructions or snags.
Entangled or snarled hoses can cause loss of balance
or footing and may be damaged.
Never leave the product unattended with the hose still
connected and operating.
Discontinue use if the product does not function
properly or the hose leaks.
Do not attempt to pull or carry the product by the hose.
Never direct any compressed air or blow any dust
toward people or animals.
Store indoors.
Always disconnect the air and power supply before
making adjustments and servicing, or when not in use.
Inspect yearly for cracks, pin holes or other
imperfections that could cause the product to become
unsafe. Never cut or drill holes in the product.
ADDITIONAL BATTERY SAFETY WARNINGS
WARNING
To reduce the risk of fire, personal injury, and product
damage due to a short circuit, never immerse your
tool, battery pack or charger in fluid or allow a fluid to
flow inside them. Corrosive or conductive fluids, such
as seawater, certain industrial chemicals, and bleach
or bleach-containing products, etc., can cause a short
circuit.
TRANSPORTING LITHIUM BATTERIES
Transport the battery in accordance with local and national
provisions and regulations.
Follow all special requirements on packaging and labelling
when transporting batteries by a third party. Ensure that
no batteries can come in contact with other batteries
or conductive materials while in transport by protecting
exposed connectors with insulating, non-conductive caps
or tape. Do not transport batteries that are cracked or
leaking. Check with the forwarding company for further
advice.
MAINTENANCE
When servicing, use only identical replacement parts.
Use of any other parts may create a hazard or cause
product damage.
Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most
plastics are susceptible to damage from various types
of commercial solvents and may be damaged by their
use. Use clean cloths to remove dirt, dust, oil, grease,
etc.
Always wear safety goggles or safety glasses with side
shields during power product operation or when blowing
dust. If operation is dusty, also wear a dust mask.
To avoid serious personal injury, always remove
the battery pack from the product when cleaning or
performing any maintenance.
Do not at any time let brake fluids, gasoline, petroleum-
based products, penetrating oils, etc., come in contact
with plastic parts. Chemicals can damage, weaken or
destroy plastic which may result in serious personal
injury.
Only the parts shown on the parts list are intended to
be repaired or replaced by the customer. All other parts
should be replaced at an authorized service center.
