Fix ceiling mount (Part 1) to the ceiling.
Attach the flat screen mount and extension pole (Parts 2 and 3) to the ceiling mount (Part 1) using

the M8 x 60mm screw (Part 4) and M10 x 10mm grub screws (Part 5).
