Tie down cargo securely in the trailer.
G
Make sure cargo in the trailer cannot
move around. A shifting load can
cause an accident.
Make sure the load does not inter-
G
fere with controls or your ability to
see where you are going.
Drive more slowly than you would
G
without a load. The more weight you
carry, the slower you should go.
Although conditions vary, it is good
practice not to exceed low range
whenever you are carrying heavier
loads or when towing a trailer.
Allow more braking distance. A
G
heavier vehicle takes longer to stop.
Avoid making sharp turns unless at
G
very slow speeds to avoid tipping or
rolling the vehicle.
Avoid hills and rough terrain.
G
Choose terrain carefully. Added
weight affects the stability and
handling of the utility vehicle.
Overloading this utility vehicle or
G
carrying or towing cargo improp-
erly could result in a hazard.
This could cause changes in
G
utility vehicle handling which
could lead to an accident.
Never exceed the stated load
G
capacity for this utility vehicle.
Cargo should be properly distrib-
G
uted and securely attached.
Reduce speed when carrying
G
cargo or pulling a trailer. Allow
greater distance for braking.

to remove flammable vapors and
fumes from gasoline powered
