The own-developed software allows to carry out up to 50 sandblasting
areas on the same glass plate (which may differ from one another: normal,
light, deep, shaded), as well as to create and store up to 200 customized
sandblasting programs.

> Automatic built-in self-cleaning dust filter.
The machine is equipped with an automatic system which filtrates the dust
generated by the sandblasting process. The dust is automatically captured
and filtered through special bags (minimum duration 4000 hrs approx.)
which get automatically emptied into dedicated boxes placed in the lower
part of the filter. Therefore, the operator has only to periodically remove
the dust from the above-mentioned boxes. That's why the machine can be
considered as an ecologic sandblasting unit, since the special filters prevent
the dust from being spread in the environment avoiding any inhalation of
dust from the operator.
> Automatic system for recovering and recycling the abrasive material.
A device inside the machine allows the automatic separation of the waste
dust from the abrasive material, which is therefore recovered and recycled,
this operation being completely automatic. This system replaces the old
and out-of-date technique of the cyclone separator, which is still used by
most of the manufacturers of sandblasting machines. Unlike the cyclone
separator, Fratelli Pezza's device is not subject to wear and is everlasting.
> Abrasion-resistant rubber coating.
The inner parts of the machine hit by the sandblasting jet are coated with a
special abrasion-resistant material, which provides a high-level protection.
> Airtight rubber shelters on the side openings.
Thanks to special airtight rubber shelters placed on the side openings of
the machine the dust is not allowed to outflow in the surrounding envi-
ronment.
> Racks equipped with special bristled rings.
The racks placed at the left and at the right of the cabin are equipped with
special bristled rings for maximum glass protection during the process,
thus avoiding scratches and any other possible fault.
As an option the customer may require additional extensions (entrance and/or
exit), which are 1400 mm long.
> Automatic conveyor belt.
The automatic conveyor belt is coated with a special wear and cut proof
material and provides an optimal grip.
> Possibility to double the maximum workable height.
Thanks to the machine open top there's the chance to increase and even
double the maximum workable height by turning the glass plate upside
down.
> Multi-functionality: automatic or manual.
Our machines are multi-functional equipments: beyond the fully automa-
tic processing the operator has got the chance to carry out a manual san-
dblasting, thanks to the manual gun placed inside the cabin. All the guns are
long lasting abrasion-resistant items equipped with widia (tungsten-carbi-
de) nozzles for higher performance

Fratelli Pezza hat ein besonderes System entwickelt, welches eine üb-
ermäßige Aufladung elektrostatischer Elektrizität beim Sandstrahlen von
Spiegeln verhindert.
> Eingebauter Staubfilter mit vollkommen automatischer Reinigung.
Die Maschine ist mit einem automatischen System zum Filtern des
Staubes versehen, der beim Sandstrahlen entsteht. Solcher Staub wird
während der Bearbeitung vollkommen automatisch durch speziellen Fil-
tersäcke (Mindestdauer zirka 4000 Stunden) gefiltert, die sich in rail au-
tomatisch reinigen: hierdurch landet der Staub in den Behältern , die sich
unten den Filtersäcken befinden. Dieses Merkmal macht aus der Maschi-
ne eine umweltfreundliches Sandstrahlgebläse, da der spezielle Filter den
Austritt von Staub in die Umgebung und folglich ein Einatmen durch den
Bediener verhindert.
> Automatisches System zur Rückgewinnung und Rückführung des
Schleifmittels.
Eine Vorrichtung innerhalb der Maschine erlaubt das automatische
Abtrennen des Staubes vom Schleifmaterial, das auf diese Weise
wiedergewonnen und vollkommen automatisch in den Zyklus wieder
eingeführt wird. Dieses System ersetzt die veraltete Technik des
Zyklonabscheiders, die immer noch von den meisten Herstellern von
Sandstrahlanlagen verwendet wird. Im Gegensatz zu dem Zyklon, ist unser
Gerät nicht dem Verschleiß unterliegen.
> Verkleidung der bestrahlten Wand mit abriebbeständigem Gummi.
Alle Teile der Maschine, die dem Strahl der Düsen ausgesetzt sind, wurden
mit einem speziellen abriebbeständigen Gummi verkleidet.
> Dichtungen aus "kreisförmigem" Gummi an den

> Ein- und Ausgangsglashalterungen mit speziellen Bürstenringen

Die Oberseite der Maschine ist offen, damit man die max. Strahlhöhe ver-
doppeln kann beim Umkehren der Glasscheibe.
> Doppelte Bearbeitungsmöglichkeit: automatisch oder manuell.
Man kann voll automatisch strahlen oder durch den Bediener dank der ma-
nuellen Pistole im rechten Teil der Maschine. Alle Strahlpistolen sind aus
abriebbeständigem Material und mit einer Düse aus speziellem Hartme-
tall (Widia) versehen, um eine hohe Lebensdauer und eine hohe Leistung-
sfähigkeit während der Bearbeitung zu gewährleisten.
