GENERAL WARNINGS
Compressed air is a potentially dangerous form of energy. Therefore, always take great care when using the compressor or the accessory kit.
To use compressed air, you must know and comply with the regulations established case by case.
When using air-powered accessories, always wear safety clothes. Keep the work area free and always maintain a stable position. Do not
allow inexpert persons to use tools without suitable supervision. Keep children and animals at a distance from the work area; improper use
of compressed air may cause serious injuries.
COMPRESSOR - ACCESSORIES CONNECTION
Make sure that the compressor is OFF before connecting the accessories
1)
Connect the coiled air line B to compressed air outlet C (fig. 1a) using coupling D. Push coupling D firmly inside outlet C. A clicking noise will
indicate that the coupling is engaged
2)
Once you have fastened this end of the coiled air line B, you can connect any accessory to the other end E, pushing firmly, for example, coupling
F inside E (figures 3a - 4a). In this case also, a clicking noise will indicate that the coupling is engaged

For nailing wood, laths etc..
If not used correctly and without suitable maintenance, the nail
gun can cause serious injury or death.
Prior to maintenance, lubrication, loading of nails or removal of
jammed nails, always make sure that you have unplugged the
gun from the compressor.
Always wear goggles and ear plugs when using the nail gun.
Never direct the nail gun towards persons or animals or
yourself.
Never use the nail gun against metal or masonry objects.
Handle the nail gun holding it firmly by the grip only.
Never exceed the working pressure indicated for this accessory.
2.1 - TIPS FOR uSING THE NAIL GuN
1)
Before using the nail gun for the first time and after each use,
lubricate air inlet E of the nail gun (fig. 2)
2)
Check that protector A of the nail gun is working correctly. Check by
hand that is free to move to-and-fro without any obstruction (fig. 3)
Never load the nail cartridge without first of all checking that
protector A is working correctly.
Never connect the nail gun to the compressor without first of all
checking correct functioning of protector A.
3)
Release the outer part of cartridge C from the locked position,
pulling tab D outwards (fig. 4)
4)
Slide the outer part of cartridge C downwards (fig. 5)
5)
Insert a set of nails H in the housing of the cartridge L (fig. 6)
checking correct positioning
6)
Slide the outer part of cartridge C upwards, pulling tab D outwards
at the same time (fig. 7)
7)
Block the outer part of cartridge C, releasing tab D. Make sure that
the cartridge is securely fastened (fig. 8)
8)
Connect the nail gun to the compressor as explained in chapter 1

9)
Adjust working pressure to the value indicated for this accessory
10) The nail gun is now ready for use. Before proceeding with the
actual work, it is advisable to practice on a test piece in order to
check penetration of the nails: use a piece of reject wood of a
thickness exceeding the length of the nails. Rest point A of the nail
gun against the surface of the wood and press trigger B. If the nail
does not penetrate to the depth required, set the air pressure to
a higher value WITHOUT HOWEVER EXCEEDING THE VALUE
INDICATED IN THIS MANUAL (fig. 11)
2.2 - MAINTENANCE
Before each use, lubricate air inlet D of the nail gun (fig. 2).
If a nail remains jammed inside the gun, comply scrupulously with the
procedure indicated:
1)
Switch off the compressor
2)
Unplug the nail gun from the compressor
3)
Release the outer part of cartridge C from the locked position,
pulling tab D outwards (fig. 4)
4)
Slide the outer part of cartridge C downwards (fig. 5)
5)
Using a suitable Allen wrench G, remove screws M-N and O
located in the top part of the nail gun (fig. 9)
6)
Remove cover I of the nail gun (fig. 10)
7)
Remove the jammed nail
8)
Replace cover I of the nail gun
9)
Using a suitable Allen wrench G, refasten screws M-N and O to
cover I.
10) Slide the outer part of cartridge C upwards, pulling tab D outwards
at the same time (fig. 7)
11) Block the outer part of cartridge C, releasing tab D. Make sure that
the cartridge is firmly secured (fig. 8)
12) Connect the nail gun to the compressor as explained in chapter 1

13) Once the compressor has been restarted, the nail gun is ready for
use again
After use, always store the nail gun in a dry, clean environment.
Do not use solvents, flammable or toxic liquids to clean the gun.
