OIL FILTER MAINTENANCE
1. Set the fuel valve in
the OFF position
and remove the fuel
filter cap.

MAINTENANCE FOR LONG TERM STORAGE
If the generator has been in storage for a long time, the following
preparation must be made:
1. Unscrew the fuel drain plug and empty the fuel into the carburettor.
2. Turn off the oil filter plug and oil drain plug, and drain the machine oil into
the carburettor.
3. Drain the oil from the machine into the crankcase.
4. Fill the machine oil up to the upper oil level mark on the dipstick.
5. Gently pull the starter handle until resistance is felt.

the fuel filter cap.
3. Fit a new rubber ring
and tighten the filter
cover securely.
