Why won't my device boot up?
– First check to ensure that your AC power adapter is

Why won't my device shut down?
– To shut down your device, you need to press the power
button for more than 2 seconds. The green light should
turn off once it has powered down. If the green light is still
on, the device is in "sleep" mode.
Why isn't anything displaying on my screen?
– To conserve power, the device automatically blanks the

any key or touch the touchpad to turn on the display
