All loads on top of the Bed Box should be secured down
when the vehicle is in operation. Four (4) adjustable anchors
attached to the sturdy top mounted tie down rails provide
excellent load securing options.
ALWAYS secure heavy and/or large
load to the vehicle.
Maintenance —
Check screws used to lock down Bed Box to the bed of your
vehicle are tightened down.
Folding T-Handle Lock (All-Weather
Models)
Adjust the cam on the folding t-handle of the compression
lock every three months to prevent leaks. Use a 3/4 inch
open end wrench to make any necessary adjustments.
Rollers and Casters (All Models)
Remove drawers and lubricate L-channels, rollers and casters
with silicone spray every three (3) months (see Figures 7 and
8). DO NOT use oil-based lubricants, they attract and hold
dust and dirt particles which will effect function and cause
damage.

Keeping Bed Box Clean
Carpeted Surfaces
Carpeted surfaces should be vacuumed periodically. If
drawer carpet requires shampooing, use an automotive
carpet shampoo, preferably one recommended by your
vehicle's manufacturer.
Wood Surfaces (Standard Models)
After the exterior of the Bed Box has been thoroughly
cleaned, wipe down wood and composite features with
household furniture polish.
Weatherproof Coating (All-Weather
Models)
If the protective weatherproof coating has been
compromised, contact an Arma Coatings
authorized dealer for repair.
Storage —
Standard Bed Box should be stored inside or in a covered
vehicle (SUV, van, truck with cap, etc.). Improper storage of
the Standard Bed Box will void your warranty. All-Weather
Bed Box needs no protection from the elements.
