ASSEMBLY /OPERATION
Starting Operation
●
Observe the mains voltage! The voltage of the power supply must correspond with the data given on the nameplate of the
battery charger. Battery chargers marked with 230 V can also be operated with 220 V.
Charging Procedure
The charging procedure starts as soon as the mains plug of the battery charger is plugged into the socket outlet and the battery
1 is inserted into the charging compartment 4.
Due to the intelligent charging method, the charging condition of the battery is automatically detected and the battery is charged
with the optimum charging current, depending on battery temperature and voltage.
This gives longer life to the battery and always leaves it fully charged when kept in the charger for storage.
Meaning of the Indication Elements
Connect the battery pack to the high-speed battery charger (see fig. 1).
♦ Insert the power plug into the socket. The control LED lights up red.
♦ The green control LED indicates that the charging process is complete and the battery pack is ready.
MAINTENANCE
Make sure that the machine is not live when carrying out maintenance work on the motor. Regularly clean the machine
housing with a soft cloth, preferably after each use. Keep the ventilation slots free from dust and dirt. If the dirt does not come
off use a soft cloth moistened with soapy water. Never use solvents such as petrol, alcohol, ammonia water, etc. These solvents
may damage the plastic parts.
The machine requires no additional lubrication. If a fault occur, e.g. after wear of a part, please contact your local dealer's service.

In order to prevent the machine from damage during transport, it is delivered in a sturdy packaging. Most of the packaging
materials can be recycled. Take these materials to the appropriate recycling locations. Take your unwanted machines to your
local dealer. Here they will be disposed of in an environmentally safe way.
Li-ion batteries can be recycled. Deliver them to a disposal site for chemical waste so that they can be recycled or
