Safety Tips

• Once the appliance is in place, push down the brake on each wheel.
• DO NOT place hands or utensils in the bowl during use.
• DO NOT leave the machine running longer than is necessary. Once the dough has been mixed turn off
the machine to avoid overheating.
• If the appliance does begin to overheat, allow to cool for 10 minutes before using again.
• A service agent or qualified technician should carry out installation and any repairs if required. Do not
remove any components or service panels on this product.
• Keep all packaging away from children.
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by an BUFFALO agent or a recommended qualified
technician in order to avoid a hazard.
