STERILISATION (for hospital use)
Accessories C1-C1.1-C.2 can be sterilised
The sterilisation procedure described in this paragraph is effective on the parts that undergo this treatment
only if every step is followed and only if the parts to be treated have previously been sanitised. The procedure
is validated in its conformity to ISO 17665-1.
Device: Fractionated vacuum overpressure steam steriliser in accordance with EN 13060.
Procedure: Wrap every single part to be treated with a sterile barrier system or packaging in accordance with
Norm EN 11607. Place the packed components in the steam steriliser.
Run the sterilisation cycle according to the operating instructions of the device by selecting a temperature of
134°C and a time of 10 minutes first.
Storage: Store the sterilised parts as per the instructions for use of either the sterile barrier system or pack-
aging.
AIR FILTERING
The device is fitted with a suction filter, located under the Filter Lid (A3),
which must be replaced when it is dirty or discoloured. To replace it, lift the
Filter Lid (A3) and extract the Filter.
Do not wash or reuse the same Filter. Regular filter replacement is neces-
sary to assure proper compressor performance. The Filter must be regularly
checked. Contact your retailer or authorised service centre for replacement
filters.
TROUBLE-SHOOTING
Switch off the device before any procedure and unplug the power cable from the socket.
PROBLEM
The device does not switch on.
The device does not work
The apparatus is noisier than
usual
If after verifying the above mentioned conditions the device should not operate properly, contact your
trusted retailer or the nearest authorised FLAEM service centre.
CAUSE
The power cable has not been
correctly inserted into the socket
of the device or the power socket
The dispenser was not assembled
correctly.
The air pipe is not correctly con-
nected to the device
The air pipe is bent, damaged or
twisted
The air filter is dirty
Filter Lid not correctly inserted in
its housing

SOLUTION
Correctly insert the power cable
in sockets.
Disassemble and reassemble the
dispenser
correctly as shown in the
connection diagram on the cover.
Check correct connection
between the device air inlet and
the accessories (see connection
diagram on the cover).
Unwind the pipe and ensure
it is not crushed or punctured. If
necessary replace it.
Replace the filter
Fully and properly insert the
Filter Lid in its housing
