ASSEMBLING THE ABRASIVE DISC (See fig 5)
Please proceed as follows when mounting the wheel/disk
1. Before mounting, remove the mains plug from the socket!
Ensure that the protective device is correctly installed.
2. Place the internal flange on the drive shaft. Ensure that it is in
contact with the two flat areas.
3. Place the abrasive disk/wheels (5) on the drive shaft. Ensure
that it is correctly in place.
4. Now screw the external flange to the drive shaft, Ensure that it
is facing the right direction according to the different type of
disk/wheel used. In the case of abrasive disks, the flange is
inserted with the raised side towards the disk. In the case of
cutting-off wheels, the flange is inserted with the flat side towards
the wheels.
5. Press and hold the lock button (1) to lock the spindle and then
tighten the external flange with the spanner.

WORKING ADVICE
Grinding and Surface Processing
In order to grind surface, you should use a coarse abrasive disk
with a sunken centre. You can use the abrasive disks with
diameter of 125mm. The maximum thickness of disks is 6mm.
Cutting metal
In order to cut rods, tubes and metal parts you should use a
MAINTENANCE
Make sure that the machine is not live when carrying out maintenance work on the motor. Regularly clean the machine
housing with a soft cloth, preferably after each use. Keep the ventilation slots free from dust and dirt. If the dirt does not come
off use a soft cloth moistened with soapy water. Never use solvents such as petrol, alcohol, ammonia water, etc. These solvents
may damage the plastic parts.
The machine requires no additional lubrication. If a fault occur, e.g. after wear of a part, please contact your local dealer's service.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
In order to prevent the machine from damage during transport, it is delivered in a sturdy packaging. Most of the packaging materials
can be recycled. Take these materials to the appropriate recycling locations. Take your unwanted machines to your local dealer.
Here they will be disposed of in an environmentally safe way.
Li-ion batteries can be recycled. Deliver them to a disposal site for chemical waste so that they can be recycled or
disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
Discarded electric appliances are recyclable and should not be discarded in the domestic waste! Please actively
support us in conserving resources and protecting the environment by returning this appliance to the collection centres
(if available).

cutting-off wheel with diameter of 125mm. The maximum
thickness of wheels in this case is 3mm.
Cutting Stone Material
When cutting stone material you should use cutting-off wheel
with diameter of 125mm.
The maximum thickness of wheels in this case is 3mm.
Please use proper wheels to work. Failure to use the right
cover for operation could result in injury.
WARNING! Cutting operations with abrasive cutting-off wheels
are only allowed when using a cut-off guard.
Always approach the job at the same angle at which you would
like to cut. Maintain this angle during cutting and do not exert
any side pressure on the wheel.
Abrasive Disks
Ensure that the speed to which the machine is set is sufficient
for the accessories chosen.
Use only abrasive disks with a diameter of up to 125mm!
Before mounting the disks remove the mains plug from the
socket!
Note: Expect a "rain of sparks" when the disk comes into
contact with metal.
While grinding, always maintain the correct angle between the
disc and working surface. Of 15-20°. This procedure ideal
avoids overloads.
SWITCH ON/OFF (See Fig 6)
WARNING: To reduce the risk of injury, wear safety goggles or
glasses with side shields
Turn on: push the lock-off knob and depress the main switch
trigger.
