How to Boil Water

1. Put the base on an even, stable, and heat-resistant surface.
2. Fill the kettle with drinking water between the Min and the Max lines.
3. Place the kettle on the power base.
4. Connect the plug into a power outlet, a beep sound will be heard. The LED Display will light up and
enter standby mode showing the current water temperature.
5. For the first use, the kettle is set to 100 °C / 212 °F by default. Press the Temperature Buttons to
select your desired temperature between 50 °C - 100 °C / 122 °F - 212 °F with 5 °C / 10 °F
difference in each tap.
6. Press the Start / Keep Warm Button to start boiling, the display will show the real-time temperature
and stops the process once the target temperature is reached.
How to Use the Keep Warm Function
1. The Keep Warm function will be automatically activated after the boiling cycle is done. The water will
be kept at the current temperature for 2 hours, except when the water is fully boiled at 100 °C /
212 °F, and it will be preserved at 90 °C / 200 °F. During this time, when the temperature drops below
90 °C / 200 °F, the kettle will re-boil the water and make sure the water reaches 90 °C / 200 °F.
2. After the boiling cycle is done, press the Temperature + / - Button to adjust the temperature to be
preserved, then press the Start / Keep Warm Button. The kettle will keep the water at the set
temperature for 2 hours.
3. The kettle will shut off after the 2 hour keep warm session is done.
4. The temperature maintenance will be automatically deactivated when the kettle is separated from
the base.
Note
1. When using the appliance for the f irst time, pour away the water after being boiled.
2. Make sure to fully close the lid before start using the kettle.
3. If the kettle is f illed beyond its maximum capacity, the boiling water will splash out.
4. The kettle is with memory function which will resume the last set temperature when connected to
the base again.
