NOTE on material damage
− Only use the device in continuous operation for a maximum of
30 seconds at a time. If you use the device in pulse mode, i.e. only
switching it on in short bursts, it can be operated for a slightly longer
time. Afterwards, let it cool down for approx. 3 minutes (= 1 cycle).
After a total of 3 complete cycles (30 seconds continuous mode or
slightly longer pulse mode plus 3 minutes break) the device must be
allowed to cool down for 15 minutes.
− Position the chopper on a flat, dry, non-slip work surface.
− Do not place the chopper on the edge or near the edge of the work
surface.
− Never place the chopper on or near hot surfaces (e.g. hot plates,
heating pipes, etc.).

If the device is used for processing very hard foods, the blades will wear
out more quickly.
− Cut your ingredients into small 1 to 2 cm pieces before putting them into the
container.
− If using meat, remove all bones, tendons and skin.
