Electrical shock HAZARD
− Switch off the chopper and disconnect the plug from the power
socket before cleaning the device.
− Never immerse the motor in water or any other liquid. Make sure that
no water gets into the housing.
− Do not use a steam cleaner to clean the device.
WARNING against injury
− Do not touch the knives with bare hands.
− Be very careful when cleaning the blade attachment.
NOTE on material damage
− Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, brushes with metal or nylon
bristles, or sharp or metallic cleaning objects such as knives, hard
spatulas and the like. They can damage the surfaces.
− Never put the motor in a dishwasher. This would destroy the motor.
The device must be cleaned after every use. Whenever possible, clean the device
immediately after use to prevent the ingredients from drying out.
1. Disconnect the plug from the power socket and let the motor cool down
completely.
2. Clean the motor by wiping with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
3. If necessary, separate the blade attachment, see "Separating the Blade Attachment".

1. Take the blade attachment in your
hand.
2. Turn the upper section away from you,
or clockwise, as far as it will go.
3. Pull off the upper section of the blade
attachment.
Assemble by reversing this process.
