Trouble shooting
Fault
Compressor not working.
Compressor is working but
there is no pressure.
Compressor is working,
the pressure gauge shows
pressure but the tools are
not working.

Possible cause
• No mains voltage.
• Mains voltage too low.
• Outside temperature too
low.
• Motor overheated.
• Check valve is leaking
• Seals are damaged
• Hose connections are
leaking.
• Quick-action coupling is
leaking.
• The pressure set on the
pressure regulator is too low.
Remedy
• Check cords, power plug,
fuse and power outlet.
• Avoid extension cords that
are too long. Use extension
cordsthat have an adequate
core cross section.
• Do not operate at outside
temperatures below +5°C.
• Allow the motor to cool
down, where necessary
remove the cause of any
overheating.
• Replace the check valve
• Check the seals, have
defective seals repaired
by an approved specialist
workshop.
• Check the pressure
hose and tools, replace if
necessary.
• Check the quick-action
coupling, replace if
necessary.
• Open the pressure
regulator more.
