Setting the Function

The oven has four function settings. Rotate knob to select desired function
Oven is Off
Convection Oven Function
Fan Only Function
(Use for De-frosting)
Combination Function -
(Convecton and Steam)
Steam Only Function

Convection Oven

Place the rack or baking tray in the desired rack position

Place the food to be defrosted on the rack in the middle shelf position. Place a baking tray at the
