OVERHEATING
If the airflow is hindered, the built-in temperature limitier will be triggered and
MUNDOCLIMA cease to function. A qualified electrician must be contacted to rectify
the fault and reset the limiter.
With automatic reset function: switch off the power and let the unit cool. The tempera-
ture limiter will be automatically reset when the
power is switched on again. If the problem remains or occur repeatedly a qualified
electrician must be called for.
NB! The appliance must not be covered either with clothes or similar material, since
overheating of the appliance can be a fire hazard!
GROUND CONTACT
If the appliance is protected by an RCCB and this is triggered when connecting the ap-
pliance this might be due to dampness in the heating rods.
This should not be considered a fault and is easily corrected by connecting the air cur-
tain to a wall-outlet without RCCB so the heating rods can dry. It may take anywhere
from one hour to a couple of days. To prevent this it is best to operate the unit for short
periods during a long storage.
