Making chunky soup

and the chunky function indicator light in the button will illuminate.
This soup setting is suitable for soup requiring a chunky consistency and allows the
ingredients to be heated for longer to ensure the chunky ingredients are fully cooked.
The operation will last for 20 minutes.
Simmering soup
Press
and the simmer function indicator light in the button will illuminate.
This soup setting is suitable for simmering soup and the operation will last for 25
minutes.

Soup setting
Smooth
200g potatoes, 300g broccoli, 700 ml drinking water
Chunky
125g potatoes, 125g carrot, 550 ml drinking water
Simmer
125g potatoes, 125g carrot, 125g broccoli, 600 ml drinking water
Blending
The soup maker can also be used as a blender. Do not use the blender control dial
together with soup setting buttons.
1. Make sure the lid with the measuring cup are correctly fitted.
2. Put liquid and ingredients in the lid.
The liquid and ingredients must be kept between the BLEND MAX level and the
WATER/SOUP MIN level.
It is recommended that the ratio of liquid and ingredients is 3:2.
3. Set the blender control dial to the desired position to start blending.
0: Off 1: Low 2: High
4. To select the pulse control, keep the blender control dial at the P position.
NOTE: Do not continuously blend for more than 3 minutes. Allow the appliance to
rest for at least one minute between two consecutive operating cycles. It is
recommended not to exceed 5 consecutive operating cycles.
TIPS:
Use measuring cup in the lid to measure liquid ingredients such as alcohol. Always
replace after ingredients have been added.
If food tends to stick to the sides of the jar when blending, pulse in short bursts.
Pulses should be short bursts. Space the pulses so the blades stop rotating
