Thank you for buying a product from our collection.
Your furniture is made from wood, a natural living material. This natural aspect gives your
furniture its unique character. So it is normal to see slight variations in colour and appearance,
re ecting the authentic and unique aspect of wood.
Exposed to sunlight, wood goes grey naturally over time and, depending upon the exposure
conditions, may form small cracks that will not a ect the strength of your furniture.
This furniture is designed for domestic use.
Check that the screws are well tightened before use.
When using the furniture outdoors, we recommend you do not put it under a cover, as this
can lead to high temperatures that distort the wood and trapped moisture resulting in mould
growth.
Never enclose wooden furniture with a waterproof cover : you will seal in moisture and cause
staining.
Never use a parasol without an appropriate base.
We recommend maintaining your furniture regularly
There are several solutions available :
1. Allow the wood to age naturally in order to obtain it its silver-grey colour : this would be
our rst recommendation if you like the silver-grey appearance.
2. Oil your furniture : to obtain a more radiant appearance of the wood, bringing out the grain.
Important: this solution requires time-consuming, regular maintenance.
In all cases, if you apply a maintenance, renovation, cleaning or other product, please follow the
instructions for applying these products to the furniture closely. If you are applying di erent
maintenance products to the same piece of furniture, you must also check compatibility between
the various maintenance products.

Scope of the guarantee
The Commercial Guarantee lasts 5 years from the date the furniture is delivered to the customer.
The guarantee covers manufacturing defects : parts, fastenings, missing items and breakage in
normal use.
Guarantee exceptions and exclusions
The guarantee does not cover all defects or incidents due to abnormal use of the product.
The product guarantee cannot cover more than its value.
In particular, it excludes :
iscolouration and small cracks resulting from normal outdoor exposure of the product.
atural discolouration of the wood identi ed when the wrappings are removed.
iscolouration of the wood due to not following the maintenance instructions.
If there are problems with your furniture, please contact the manager of the garden department in
your local store. Keep your invoice or till receipt carefully ; you will be asked for it when making any
complaint.
