SPECIFIC INFORMATION

Sturdy 6 mm thick galvanized steel plate without welding, for anchoring any aerial
equipment (silks , hoops, trapezes, ropes, hammocks) to the ceiling.
The plate can also be used to create anchor points on the wall. An economic
and safe solution for practicing aerial acrobatics at home or in a professional
environment in total safety.
The plate has a diameter of 12 cm and the interaxis between the holes is less than
10 cm allowing you to fix it both to the reinforced concrete beams commonly found
in domestic floors and to a wooden beam.
Always consult an experienced professional to determine if the ceiling or beam
to which you intend to attach your anchor point is suitable for the purpose.
Please note that many of the dynamic figures that can be performed on aerial
acrobatics equipment can develop a tensile load of up to 10 times the athlete's
body weight. Creating a safe and reliable anchor point is not only essential for
your safety, but allows you to practice your favorite disciplines without worry and
therefore in a totally rewarding and productive way.
The eyelet of the plate features a wear-resistant rubber protection compatible with
all carabiners, Quick Links and Swivels on the market.
Fixing devices supplied with the plate:
- 3 concrete anchor bolts D=10 mm with bolt M10 made of Carbon Steel in Minimum
Class 4.8 to be inserted into the joist or the supporting beam (both in CLS type
C20/25 for which it is necessary to drill holes of 1O mm in the ceiling. In any case,
remember that it is extremely important the depth of the hole and its cleanliness
because a wrong drilling will irreparably compromise the characteristics of the
dowel.
- 3 Torx Self Tapping Screws D=8 mm and length 80 mm of which at least 2/3
threaded made of galvanized steel Minimum class 4.6 to be installed on wooden
beams.
ATTENTION! The working load of a system and its breaking load are determined
by the weakest link in the chain. Therefore, with reference to the ANCHORING
PLATE that is able to guarantee more than double the load, reference must
always be made to the WLL and BLL of the fasteners (tassels or screws) used
for installation.

In addition to the normal inspection required before, during and after each use,
this product must be inspected by a skilled person every 12 months, starting from
