5.2 Fastening the welding device (option)

 Thread the fixing straps (7) down into the cut-
outs on the trolley.

 Guide the fixing straps (7) down and guide them
through the opening on the mounted device holders.

 Push the fixing straps (7) up from below and
through the external cut-outs on the device holders.
 Set the welding device down on the device holders
(2).
 Guide the fixing straps (7) with the fasteners under-
neath the welding device's handle and outwards.

 Thread the ends of the straps through the strap
fasteners (8) and pull the fixing straps (7) tight.

to the trolley

 Thread the fixing straps (7) down into the cut-
outs on the trolley.

 Guide the fixing straps (7) down and guide them
through the opening on the mounted device holders.

 Push the fixing straps (7) up from below and
through the external cut-outs on the device holders.
 Set the welding device down on the water circulation
cooler (WUK 6 or WUK6+).
 Push the welding device, which is now sitting on top
of the WUK, back so that the openings on the plastic
front panel slot onto the WUK holder.
 Lift the back of the welding device up slightly and
guide the WUK holder so that it slots onto the open-
ings on the plastic rear panel.
 Use the two wing screws on the WUK housing to fas-
ten the WUK holder.
 Set the welding device and WUK down on the device
holders (2).
 Guide the fixing straps (7) with the fasteners under-
neath the welding device's handle and outwards.

 Thread the ends of the straps through the strap
fasteners (8) and pull the fixing straps (7) tight.
6 Options
6.1 Plug socket retrofitting kit
A plug socket retrofitting kit is available as an option for
the Maxi Trolley and Maxi Trolley XL trolleys.
