HANDLE
1. Attach handle to uprights with hex bolts and M6 nuts.
(See Figure 1)

2. Tighten M6 nuts completely.
NOTE: If frequently storing spreader with handle
down, optional thumb screws are provided for
faster disassembling.
3. Assemble linkage to bail assembly. (See Figure 2A)
4. Assemble linkage to rotate link. (See Figure 2B)
5. Rotate turnbuckle to adjust the gate. (See Figure 2C)

ASSEMBLY
BAIL POSITION FOR ADJUSTING GATE
1.
Bail must be in rest position for gate to close.
2. Bail must be depressed for gate to open.
AUGER
SPIKED AUGER
1. Thread auger clockwise onto
impeller shaft. Insert auger
nut. (See Figure 3)
2. Tighten with 10 mm wrench.
Do not overtighten.
NOTE: Choose spiked
auger for use with dense
materials that tend to
clump or have a higher
moisture content.

CAUTION! This spreader is not recommended

FLAT AUGER
1. Thread auger clockwise
onto impeller shaft. Screw
auger retaining nut into
auger hole with M6
socket driver. Tighten
completely with wrench
to secure. (See Figure 4)
Choose flat auger for general turf applications.
