Using Your Grill

POWER ON light will illuminate.
NOTE: When your Grill is heated for the first time, it may emit smoke or a distinct odor.
This is normal and should disappear after 1 or 2 uses. This does not affect the safety of
the appliance. However, as it may affect the flavor of the first batch of cooks prepared in
the grill, it is recommended that these be discarded.
2. While preheating, prepare food. When the Red light is OFF, (about 5~10 minutes) the
Grill is preheated and ready for cooking.
3. Since your Grill uses non-stick cooking plates, the use of oil is not necessary. However,
depending on the recipe, some food be more difficult to remove, and thus it is
recommended to brush the bottom of the cooking plates with vegetable oil so that your
food are easier to remove after baking.
4. Drop in the meat ,vegetable or Beef etc and allow your Grill to cook. The red light will
cycle on and off as the unit maintains cooking temperatures.
NOTE: As your meat cook, steam will be emitted from the food. This is normal.
