Troubleshooting
The table below lists some of the most common issues related to the operation of
Aircare AF and the recommended actions to restore proper operation.
FAULT
Aircare AF does not turn on
Air does not come out of the
vents
The remote control does not
work

CAUSE
The device may be switched off
The device may not be prop
erly connected to the power
system
The device may be switched off
The filters may be clogged
The air input and/or output may
be blocked
The fan may have malfunc
tioned
There is no battery
The remote control may be
faulty
SOLUTION
Turn on Aircare AF using the
dedicated switch on the device
or on the remote control.
Call a skilled, qualified techni
cian.
Turn on Aircare AF using the
dedicated switch on the device
or on the remote control.
Check the filters and, if
necessary, clean or replace
them.
Check that there are no foreign
bodies blocking the air inlet
and/or outlet and, if necessary,
clean the grids.
Check the LED light by
pressing the power switch
on the device or on the
remote control. If it does not
go on, call a skilled, qualified
technician.
Insert a new battery.
