Initial installation

1. Install overrun device and axle on the chassis.
2. Release the hand-brake lever completely.
3. Pull the drawpipe of the overrun device all the
way forwards.
4. Screw the drawbar (2) at least 15 mm into the
swivel head (1) of the overrun device. Lock it
with the hexagonal nut (3).
5. Hook bowden cable into the wheel brake (see
695100_a_ bowden cable mount).
6. Insert the Bowden cables (5) at the abutment
(8) and secure them with a hexagonal nut
M12x1.5 (9).
7. Thread the Bowden cables (5) into the compen-
sating profile (4).
8. Insert the drawbar (2) into the compensating
profile (4).
9. Slip on the distance piece (11).
10.Secure the abutment.
With M10 drawbar
Screw the long nut (6) on the drawbar (2) and
tighten it with your fingers.
With M8 drawbar
Slip the disk (12) on the drawbar (2).
Screw the nut (13) on the drawbar (2) and
tighten it with your fingers.
11.Forcefully pull and release the hand-brake lever
three times.
12.Turn the wheel forwards and tighten the long
nut (6) or nut (13) until there is a noticeable
brake resistance.
– Turning the wheel manually in driving direc-
tion must be possible.
13.Lock the long nut (6) or the nut (13) with the
hexagonal nut (7) or use optional linkage sup-
port (10).

M10 20-25 Nm
M12 40-45 Nm
