Troubleshooting gas

· Check the following if failure
occurs :
– power supply (power and control),
– gas supply (valve pressure and
opening),
– control components,
– switch positions on TC control
panel.

repaired but only replaced by identical

Closed gas pressure switch (welded
contact)
Leak test unit lockout
Leak test unit power off
Parasitic flame on thermostatic cut-off
Faulty air pressure
Thermal relay cut out
Faulty contractor
Faulty wiring between contractor and motor
Faulty motor
Misadjusted or faulty air pressure switch
Faulty flame monitoring circuit
Ignition electrode(s) short-circuiting
Damaged ignition cable(s)
Faulty ignition transformer

Note
After each operation :
· Check combustion and all circuits for
possible leaks.
· Perform safety check-up.
· Record results in the relevant
documents.

Adjust distribution pressure
Clean filter
