SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

It is very important to have an official equipment
service agent to conduct all maintenance work,
whom will use original spare parts and will offer you
a maintenance contract and service guarantee. Any
equipment manipulation or use of a non-original
replacement part by a company or person outside
our distributors will invalidate the warranty of your
equipment, as well as that of its official distribution.
Some components, such as prefilters, membrane or
postfilter are consumable and have a limited
duration.
The duration will depend on the quality of the local
water and on specific aspects such as the entry of
mud, extreme turbidity, high chlorination, high iron
concentration, etc.
12. ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS RECOMMENDED
BY YOUR OFFICIAL DISTRIBUTOR:
1. FS5001: 12" sediment stem cartridge.
2. FC5001: 12" active carbon stem cartridge.
3. FG5001: 12" granulated carbon stem cartridge.
4. FP1023: 12" carbon block stem post-filter
cartridge
5. FP1024: 12" pH regulator stem post-filter
cartridge
Your official distributor will control the duration of
these elements based on the water quality.
A similar procedure to that of the start-up procedure
will be followed to change the filters. The duration of
consumables has been studied in the laboratory.
An excess in the studied parameters, such as the
presence of total chlorine, turbidity or hardness,
may shorten its lifespan.
