5.3 Setting the cutting thickness

With the aid of the thickness controller on the bottom of the Nicer Slicer, the height-adjustable feed plate
can be custom-set to achieve the required thickness.
Instruction Manual
Place the cutter base on the collecting container and lock it into
place with an audible click. Then insert the Nicer Slicer at an angle of
90° (vertically) into the cutter base in the side slots provided.
Then unfold the Nicer Slicer so that it is fixed in the frame of the
cutter base.
The Nicer Slicer can only be removed if it is in the vertical (90°)
position.
Put the Nicer Slicer in the vertical position and pull upwards while
holding down the cutter base with the other hand.

Julienne controller:
To extend or retract the Julienne blades
