Operating manual B-dry UV-C
Moisture, ear wax and dirt can lead to malfunction and decreased functioning of your hearing aids. B-dry UV-C is the perfect
solution to clean and dry your hearing instruments properly by using UV-C light and warm, dry air (at a temperature of 45°C).
The UV-C light provides optimal hygiene. Proper maintenance of your hearing aids significantly increases its lifetime.
Starting
1. Plug the USB cable into the 5V adapter.
2. Insert the Micro USB connector into the power input on
the back of the B-dry UV-C.
3. Plug the adapter into the power socket.
How to use
4. First, clean your hearing aids/earpieces with a hearing
aid cleaning wipe or spray.
5. Open the lid of the B-dry UV-C.
6. Open the battery door of your hearing aids and place the
hearing aids/earpieces in the B-dry UV-C.
7. Gently press the sensor button and close the lid.
• The UV-C and dry program will start.
• A red LED indicates that the B-dry UV-C is operating;
the blue light indicates that the UV-C light is on.
• After five minutes the UV-C light automatically turns off,
as well as the blue light.
• At the end of the four-hour drying cycle, the UV-C light
turns on again for four minutes.
• The B-dry UV-C automatically turns off after four hours,
as well as the red LED and blue light.
• For your safety, the UV-C light turns off automatically as
soon as the lid will be opened during the UV-C program.
8. Open the lid of the B-dry UV-C and take your clean
and dried hearing aids/earpieces out of the box.
