When it is displayed OFF, the water bath is in unheated status. When it displays
the actual temperature, the water bath is in heating status.
Press to switch run/stop heating
For example:

The bath is in unheated status
Press the run/stop key to start heating, it displays
the current temperature
Press the run/stop key again, heating stops, and
screen displays "OFF"
