C. Mixing shakes, cocktails or other liquids:
1. Mix the ingredients according to the available recipe, from speed 1 to 6
for about 5 minutes.
2. Do not exceed the maximum quantity for the mixing bowl.
3. The flat beater should be used.
4. Use flat beater no more than 10 minutes continuously at a time and let it
cool down for 15 minutes.
Assembling dough hook, flat beater and wire whip
1. Before attaching the dough hook, flat beater, or wire whip, make sure
that the power cord is unplugged.
2. Push the lever button up to raise the swing arm.
3. Attach the protective disc (No. 10).
4. Place the dough hook, flat beater or wire whip on the drive shaft and
lock it clockwise to the end stop.
Cleaning
1. Before cleaning place the speed control knob at the position of "0" and
disconnect the appliance from mains power supply.
2. After use keep the device to cool down before you start to clean it.
3. Do not submerge the appliance into water. This may lead to electric
shock or fire.
4. Do not use a wire brush or other abrasive utensils for cleaning and do
not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents.
5. Cleaning of motor housing only with a damp cloth and a squirt of
washing-up liquid. dry with a cloth.
