The pot must not be overfilled! Make sure the
chocolate level is below the MAX marking inside
the pot.
1. Crumble some chocolate into the pot and place the
pot in the device.
2. Set the temperature controller to I or II.
− Level I for melting and keeping warm (40-50 °C) or
− Level II for heating (60-70 °C).
The status LED lights up and the device is turned
on.
3. The chocolate will begin to melt after a while.
4. Gradually add more crumbled chocolate and, if
necessary, other ingredients. Keep stirring the
chocolate so that it does not burn.
It takes approx. 5-20 minutes to melt the chocolate
depending on the chocolate used.

After use
1. Set the temperature controller to 0.
2. Allow the device to cool down.
3. Clean the device, as described under "Cleaning".
