repaired before use.  Many accidents are caused by
poorly maintained power tools.
f) Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly main-
tained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are less
likely to bind and are easier to control.
g) Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc.
in accordance with these instructions, taking into
account the working conditions and the work to
be performed. Use of the power tool for operations dif-
ferent from those intended could result in a hazardous
situation.
4) Battery tool use and care
a) Recharge only with the charger specified by the
manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for one type
of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with
another battery pack.
b) Use power tools only with specifically designated
battery packs. Use of any other battery packs may
create a risk of injury and fire.
c) When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from
other metal objects, like paper clips, coins, keys,
nails, screws or other small metal objects, that can
make a connection from one terminal to another.
Shorting the battery terminals together may cause
burns or a fire.
d) Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected
from the battery; avoid contact. If contact acci-
dentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts
eyes, additionally seek medical help.Liquid ejected
from the battery may cause irritation or burns.
5) Service
a) Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair
person using only identical replacement parts.
This will ensure that the safety of the power tool is
maintained.

Safety instructions for spray guns

Ensure a clean and well-lit work area, free from paint
or solvent containers, rags and other flammable ma-
terials. Possible risk of spontaneous combustion. Keep
functional fire extinguishers available at all times.
Ensure adequate ventilation of the workplace.
Evaporating flammable solvents create an explosive
environment.
Do not spray or clean with materials whose flash point is
below 55 °C. Use materials based on water, low volatile
hydrocarbons or similar materials. Highly volatile evapo-
rating solvents create an explosive environment.
Do not spray in the vicinity of ignition sources such as
static electricity sparks, open flames, pilot lights, hot
objects, motors, cigarettes and sparks from plugging
in and unplugging power cables or operating swit-
ches. Such sources of sparks can cause ignition of the
surrounding area.
Do not spray materials that are not known to be
hazardous. Unknown materials can create hazardous
conditions.
Do not spray wallpaper solvent or boiling water.
Spray only warm water (max. 55 °C) without chemical
additives.
Wear additional personal protective equipment such
as appropriate protective gloves and protective or
respiratory mask when spraying or handling che-
micals. Wearing protective equipment for appropriate
conditions reduces exposure to hazardous substances.
Be aware of any hazards of the spray. Observe the
markings on the container or the information provided
by the spray manufacturer, including the instruction to
use personal protective equipment. Follow the manu-
facturer's instructions to reduce the risk of fire and injury
caused by toxins, carcinogens, etc.
Keep children and other persons including animals
in a safe distance when using the appliance. Children
should be supervised in order to ensure that they do not
play with the tool.
Do not operate the device when persons, especially
children or pets are nearby.

Additional safety warnings

For information on the appropriate thinner (water, paint
thinner), refer to the relevant manufacturer's instructions
for the spraying material. Granular spraying material
must not be sprayed, as its sanding effect shortens the
service life of the unit.
Do not exceed the maximum viscosity value for the unit.
The spray material must not be too thick for the spraying
process, otherwise the unit may clog.
Make sure that the spray material and thinner match. If
the wrong thinner is used, lumps will form and clog the
unit. Never mix synthetic resin paints with nitro thinner.
Maintenance
Take the replaceable battery from the
appliance before any extension, cleaning
and servicing works.
Repairs and works specified in these instructions may
only be performed by qualified authorised staff.
Use only original accessories and original spare parts.
Keep the device, in particular the air vents, clean at all
times. Never spray water on the device body!
Never clean the machine and its components with
solvents, flammable or toxic liquids. Us only a damp cloth
making.
Apply environment-friendly oil to all moving parts.
Clean the individual parts of the spray gun after each
use. In particular, clean all components in contact with
the paint thoroughly.
Always clean the spray gun and spray material container
with the appropriate thinner (solvent or water) for the
spray material used.
Wear suitable protective gloves during cleaning work.
After each use, spray the spray gun with water.
Use a cleaning brush, cleaning needle or cloth to clean
the injection unit, nozzle head, nozzles and the spray
holes inside. Never use petrol, solvents or cleaners that
attack synthetic materials.
Only a regularly maintained and treated appliance can
serve as a satisfactory aid. Insufficient maintenance and
care can lead to unforeseen accidents and injuries.
