manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of
purchase, provided that it is used in accordance with the procedures
set up in the instructions for use. This warranty is only applicable if the
device has been bought from an authorized distributor.
The manufacturer disclaims all other warranties, whether expressed
or implied, including, without limitation the warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The warranty covers free repair or swap for an equivalent device
of a defective device which fault is proven to be consequence of the
manufacturing process.
