Switch Off the Appliance
• The appliance switches itself off when the button is
released.
WARNING: Risk of Injury!
The motor over-travels. Wait for the assembled acces-
sory to stop running.
• Pull out the plug from the socket after use. Clean and put
the appliance away as described in "Cleaning".
Electrical Connection
Ensure that your mains power corresponds with the speci-
fications of the appliance. The specifications are printed on
the type label.
Operation
Using the Mixing Rod and Whisk
1. Make sure that the plug is not inserted! Unwind the
mains lead completely.
2. Select an accessory. Please note the section "Attaching
Accessories".

3. Follow the instructions above in the "Notes for Use"
section.
4. Place the food into the mixing bowl. Insert the mixing rod
or whisk completely. Keep the appliance upright. In this
way you avoid spatters.
5. Hold the appliance in such a way that you are able to
operate the two-level control switch (1) with your fingers.
6. Only connect the appliance to a properly installed safety
socket.
7. Press one of the buttons of the two-level control switch.
Move the mixing rod or whisk up and down.
Using the Multi-dicer
1. Make sure that the appliance's plug is not inserted in the
socket!
2. Fit the multi-dicer as described in the section "Attaching
Accessories / Dicer"
3. Place the multi-dicer on a flat, level surface.
4. Cut the food to be mixed beforehand into small pieces.
Fill the transparent container (8). Do not fill the container
to the rim, but only ¾ of the container capacity. Please
note the following table.
