Read and follow the instructions in the "instructions for use" section. Check that there are no interruptions
in the power supply.
Dry the surface well before pressing the keys or performing other maneuvers.

Before calling the Customer Service:
1) Check whether it is not possible to eliminate the
faults yourself (see "Troubleshooting guide").
2) Switch the appliance off and on again to make sure
that the problem ir resolved.
If, after the above checks, the problem persists, contact
the nearest After-sales Service. Always indicate:
- A brief description of the fault;
- The exact type and model of the product;
- Your full address;
- Your phone number.
If a repair is necessary, contact a service center (to
guarantee the use of original spare parts and correct
replacement). Spare parts are available for 10 years.
