(This warranty will not be reissued, so store it in a safe location.)
<Rules of warranty>
Defects that occur with the Cleansui pitcher within the warranty period and under the
condition that it has been used normally as stipulated within the instruction manual
shall be repaired free of charge based on the condition of the product and on the
details listed herein.
The warranty is not valid in any of the following cases:
a. Defects or damages caused by incorrect use or inapplicable modifications or repairs
b. Defects or damages caused by dropping or breakage after purchase
c. Defects or damages caused by the outbreak of fire, earthquakes, floods, lightning
or other natural disasters
d. Failure to submit this warranty
e. Failure to enter details including the date of purchase, customer name, name of the
dealer, and/or amendments to the warranty form
3. This warranty is valid only in the country of purchase.
4. The warranty does not cover on-site service charges.
90 days from date of purchase. Filter cartridge warrantied for 30 days
