Nothing happens when I press the power button –
no lights come on.
When the treatment head is against my skin, the
green status light is on and steady (not flashing)
but the device won't deliver a flash when I press
the flash button.

When I switch the device on, all of the LEDs flash
continuously and it doesn't do anything.
