9. Warranty
VOCO gives a 12-month warranty period if the device cannot be used as intended due to
quality defects. This warranty begins on the day of purchase. VOCO reserves the right to
either repair the device or replace individual parts or the entire device at its discretion.
This warranty does not cover wearing parts or fuses.

10. General information

– We cannot accept any liability for malfunctions or damage resulting from improper use,
the removal of components, modifications or inadequate maintenance.
– We cannot accept any liability for malfunctions or damage resulting from operation in
unsuitable environments.
– We cannot accept any liability for malfunctions or damage resulting from acts of God.
– The warranty shall also be void in the case of product defects which can be definitively
attributed to natural disasters or excessive temperatures or humidity levels that do not
conform to the specifications in this user manual.
11. Reporting obligation
Serious events such as death, temporary or permanent serious deterioration of a patient's,
user's or other person's condition and a serious risk to public health that arise or could
have arisen in association with the use of GIC Mixer must be reported to VOCO GmbH and
the responsible authority.
