all the way into its s lot .Als o m ake s ure the + s ide of the battery is facing out.
* Pres s the key "ON" once to com e to the weighting s tate.
* Put the article into container (bowl) then pres s the key "TARE" it will clear the weight
of the container (bowl) and dis play the weight of food.
* Pres s the key "MODE" to change g / lb: oz /m l / fl. oz.

* When the dis play s hows "Err" it m eans that the s cales is overloaded.
