The Model 9961A-C multiplexer/demultiplexer card combines the data from up to four Option Modules for transmission via the High-Speed (HS) Aux Data ports available on many TKH Security USA optical transmitter and receiver models. The RS422 Category 5 cable-compatible HS Aux Data Port on those cards supply a 15 or 16 mHz Transmit Clock signal to the 9961A-C. -

SYNC : Green LED illuminates when the local data demux is in sync with the received optical signal. Switch 3 may be set to the ON position when using a Cat 5 cable with a length of longer than 1 meter and marginal operation is observed. Switch settings 7 and 8 affect only the operation of the LEDs and will not affect operation of the cards. - Página 12 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com Note: If cables other than those supplied are used, they should be shielded Cat 5 cables. If the cable length exceeds 1 meter and improper operation is observed, set switch 3 to the ON (DOWN) position. This adjusts the timing of the clock circuits to allow for longer cable lengths.
