TIPS AND ADVICE FOR USE
The product can be used in two distinct modes: a traditional pedaling or assisted pe-
daling.
In traditional pedaling the product is used as a normal bike, without the need to con-
nect the network cable to the user normally ride, adjusting your pace and direction of
pedaling forward or backward depending on the type of exercise.
In assisted bidirectional pedaling, the electric motor of which is provided the product,
is in charge of operating the pedals according to the rotation speed set on the control
potentiometer and the user "chases" the cadence of rotation of the pedals, for a co-
rrect activity of passive exercise.
• The tool is easy to use and allows you to do sports comfort of your armchair or if
there is a possibility even sitting in their desks. Despite the small size, the apparatus
is quite complete and allows to train both the lower part of which the upper one. The
intensity adjustment knob allows you to vary the resistance of the pedals while the
display shows exercise progression.
DANGER
DO NOT go up ever standing on the pedals, use the product only in the following ways.
A) To train the buttocks, the inner thighs and abs you must use the tool on the ground,
lying on a mat. The correct posture requires that the legs are flexed and never strained
during the rotation of the pedals and the back is never raised to train your abs.
B) To train your legs is necessary to place a chair in front of the tool by adjusting the
distance so that the legs are bent and not stretched. Pedalling always in a constant
and adjust the intensity in such a way that the pedal does not decompose the sitting
posture.
Look for a chair that allows you a comfortable posture and no bend too far upright
position of the back in the lumbar area.
C) To train the arms and shoulders must place the tool on to a table and stay in front of
it, holding the pedals and carrying out pedaling with your arms.
