Step 6:
□ Insert axle (23) though holes on short legs.
□ Slide wheel (21) onto axle and secure using cotter pin (D). Snap axle cap
(25) onto end of wheel assembly as shown.
Repeat step 6 on opposite side for remaining wheel.
Note: Please make sure the side of the wheels with 3 holes is facing outwards.
