Notes:
• Risk of electric shock! Never treat the heating cushion with water or immerse it in
water when it is switched on.
• Never dry-clean, mangle, wring out or iron the heating cushion.
• Frequent cleaning in the washing machine will cause heavy strain on the heating
cushion. The heating cushion is designed for a maximum of 5 washing cycles over
its lifespan.
• Wash the heating cushion with the most gentle programme. Spin dry the heating
cushion at the lowest possible speed, but preferably do not spin dry at all.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Fault
The controller does
not light up.
The controller lights
up, but the cushion
does not heat up.
The controller
is flashing
slowly.
The controller
is flashing
quickly.
Single zones of
the cushion do
not heat up.
Possible cause
The mains plug or the
cable are not plugged
in properly.
The plug-in coupling is
not or not properly
connected.
The heating cushion is in
standby mode.
An error has occurred.
The heating zone is
damaged.

Solution
Check the mains connection.
Check the plug-in coupling.
Briefly press the start button
to switch on the heating
cushion.
Unplug the device from the
mains, check all plug
connections and reconnect. If
the problem persists, please
contact your service centre.
Heating zones can fail due to
frequent washing or intensive
use. This is not a defect, since
the smart fabric continues to
heat up the undamaged zones.
