Preparing the tube
A.
Cut the tube straight
across using a suitable
tool (pipe cutter or
cropper).
B.
Clean the surface
to be welded and the
adapters with cellulose
tissue dampened with
isopropanol.
C.
Mark the length of
the weld on the tube.

2. Preparing the socket welder
ATTENTION
Check the condition of the adapters from time to
time, to ensure correct welding.
A. Fix the adaptors corresponding to the
diameters of the tubes to be welded to the
heating plate. In no case they may protrude
from the periphery of the heating plate.
B. Connect the tool to the mains or power
generator. (110V or 230V)
C. Adjusting the welding temperature: press
then use the up arrow
until the desired welding temperature

is set, and press
setting. Press the ON/OFF button
switch on the heating of the appliance.
D. Wait for the temperature to reach the setting.
Approx. 7 minutes up to 260º, and some 15
minutes total time to stabilize the temperature
around the plate.
