Connecting BrightLogic to the connector box or XCI box
Default access code for BrightLogic dispensing pump controller: 1899

Connect the BrightLogic dispensing pump controller and suction lances as shown in the enclosed wiring diagram.

Set all DIP switches (1) on the dispensing pump controller to the ON position, see Fig. 2.

Check that the BrightLogic dispensing pump controller is set to relay mode.
Relay mode should be set by default on delivery.

Press and hold down the TEST and SEE/JUMP buttons for 2 s.

Enter the four-digit access code. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to set each digit and press the FORWARD/
ACCEPT button to confirm.

Use the UP and DOWN buttons to select relay mode and press the FORWARD/ACCEPT button to confirm.

Check that the dispensing rate is set to 80 % for each of the pumps that is connected.
The dispensing rate should be set to 80 % on delivery.
